The Challenge
Approach
The custom configuration experience was the core design problem. I focused on making the option-selection flow as simple and visual as possible — showing real-time feedback so customers could see their choices reflected as they built their product. Reducing cognitive load while keeping the experience engaging was the primary goal throughout.
