The client wanted to build a B2B wholesale marketplace — a platform where retailers could discover and purchase products to sell in their own stores. B2B e-commerce has distinct UX needs compared to consumer retail: bulk ordering, account-based access, and more complex navigation all had to be considered.

Client Project / B2B E-Commerce (Discontinued)
My Role :
UX Designer — User Flow Architecture & Interface Design
The Challenge
Approach
I focused on building a clear, logical user flow before moving into interface design — mapping out how different user types (buyers vs. sellers) would move through the platform and where the experience needed to diverge. The UX prioritized simplicity at the surface while supporting the complexity underneath.
Note
The project was discontinued midway through development, so the work represents the flow architecture and early UX design phase rather than a completed product.
